Order processing
Available processing estimates, shipping services, and charges are presented during checkout. Orders containing limited releases or separately stocked items may ship on different timelines when noted on the product page or order confirmation.
Tracking and delivery
When a carrier provides tracking, the tracking link is sent to the email used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, customs, or local carrier conditions.
International orders
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and local restrictions unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. These charges are not included in the product price.
Address changes and delivery issues
Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Once a package has entered the carrier network, changes may no longer be possible. For a delayed or damaged shipment, include the order number and relevant carrier details in your message.
