Refund and returns policy
We want each writing tool to arrive as described and fit the role you chose it for.
Return window
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending an item back so the order and return destination can be confirmed.
Eligible condition
Returned products must be unused, unmodified, and complete with their original packaging and included parts. Inked fountain pens, personalized items, gift cards, clearance items, and products damaged through use are not eligible unless they arrived defective.
Defects or shipping damage
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the order, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, repair, or refund path.
Refund timing and shipping costs
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times vary. Original shipping charges and return shipping are not refundable unless the return results from our error or a verified defect.
